DP stands for double penetration, meaning penetration in two places at once, either by two partners or by one partner with a sex toy. That is the plain meaning, and it is worth knowing that it can refer to either arrangement, since people often assume it always involves three people.

It is one of the more advanced terms you will see on an escort profile, and it is not commonly listed. Much of what people think they know about it comes from adult films, which are planned and edited in ways that bear little resemblance to real life.
